Michael W. Fields
Executive Advisor, Organizational Development
Michael W. Fields is a veteran commercial real estate executive with more than 40 years of leadership in sales, business development, strategic planning, and technology innovation. He played a central role in scaling a national CRE network from $665.9 million to $4.938 billion in sales volume in under a decade and has personally closed over $2.5 billion in transactions. His career includes leading roles at HomeServices of America, ORION Commercial Services, Prudential Commercial Real Estate, Binswanger, and The Austin Group, where he consistently drove growth, profitability, and industry-leading practices.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Mike has built a legacy of mentorship and education. He has recruited, trained, and coached more than 250 CRE professionals and spent 16 years hosting weekly web-based training sessions on commercial real estate principles. He also helped pioneer technology platforms for the industry and has advised hedge funds and U.S. intelligence agencies. Earlier in his career, he secured major international contracts and served on the Reagan Administration Transition Team, showcasing his range as a negotiator and strategist.
Mike is deeply connected within business, political, and community circles, serving on multiple boards in Florida over several decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and stays active as a CrossFit Masters competitor. Based in Clearwater, Florida, he is the father of three and remains respected for his leadership, innovation, and long-standing contributions to the commercial real estate sector.

Property Accountant
Karen Romig has worked for Gain Property Group for 4 years. She is a seasoned Property Accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting, specializing in property management for the past 12 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting. Outside of work, Karen enjoys attending baseball games, playing golf, and sports photography.
Originally from Virginia, Karen has called Florida home since 1997. She is a proud parent of three adult children. Her oldest is a firefighter in Virginia and the younger two played college sports, baseball and softball. A fun fact is that her daughter won the 2021 National NAIA Golden Shoe Award, representing the fastest base stealer in the nation for her college level. Karen also has three grandchildren whom she adores! Karen and her husband currently live in Palm Harbor with their two Golden Retrievers, Bexley and Remi.

Camryn Steele is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a degree in International Business. While in school, she obtained her real estate license, recognizing early on her passion for the industry. Camryn gained global experience through a full semester study abroad program at Oxford Brookes University in the U.K., and she worked in digital marketing throughout college, building skills in branding, client engagement, and market strategy. She was also a member of the USF cheerleading team and coached gymnastics, balancing academics, athletics, and professional development with drive and discipline.
Originally from Land O’ Lakes, Florida, Camryn is a graduate of the International Baccalaureate program at Land O’ Lakes High School. Spending much of her childhood on the water, she developed a love for wakeboarding, waterskiing, and knee boarding, activities that reflect her energetic and motivated nature. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, and she frequently visits the beach, one of her favorite pastimes. Camryn is now proud to be part of Gain Property Group, where she’s excited to continue growing her career. Marissa O’Keefe is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in multi-tenant office buildings in North Pinellas County.
Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and raised in a military family, Marissa grew up moving frequently—an experience that shaped her adaptability, discipline, and deep appreciation for clear communication and follow-through. That background continues to influence her professional approach today: organized, proactive, and client-focused from start to finish.
Marissa brings a strong foundation in customer service and sales, paired with formal education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
