Karen Romig has worked for Gain Property Group for 4 years. She is a seasoned Property Accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting, specializing in property management for the past 12 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting. Outside of work, Karen enjoys attending baseball games, playing golf, and sports photography.

Originally from Virginia, Karen has called Florida home since 1997. She is a proud parent of three adult children.  Her oldest is a firefighter in Virginia and the younger two played college sports, baseball and softball. A fun fact is that her daughter won the 2021 National NAIA Golden Shoe Award, representing the fastest base stealer in the nation for her college level. Karen also has three grandchildren whom she adores! Karen and her husband currently live in Palm Harbor with their two Golden Retrievers, Bexley and Remi.

Marty Dwyer

Marty Dwyer is a Marketing Management graduate who currently serves as the Office Coordinator at Gain Management. With a strong foundation in organizational operations, Marty plays a vital role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, Marty supports daily administrative tasks, tenant communications, and vendor coordination, helping to maintain the high level of service that Gain Management is known for.
Prior to joining Gain Management, Marty gained over 10 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Specialist. This background has shaped Marty’s professional values—most notably, a strong work ethic and a commitment to always being present. Marty takes pride in being reliable and committed to delivering consistent support to both clients and colleagues.

Gian Angelica Livioco

Gian Angelica Livioco is an experienced Bookkeeping and Treasury Specialist with over seven years in finance shared services. With a strong background in cash management, accounts payable, and financial reconciliation, she has supported both local and global teams in achieving operational efficiency. Gian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. Known for her keen attention to detail and talent for process improvement, she has developed automation tools that enhance accuracy and save time—earning her a reputation as a reliable and resourceful team member.
Originally from Caloocan City in the Philippines, Gian is an observant individual who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. She finds joy in life’s simple pleasures and draws energy from nature, often taking time to observe calming scenery. Whether she’s refining a workflow, baking at home, or sharing knowledge with teammates, Gian brings dedication, empathy, and a love for continuous learning to everything she does.

Camryn Steele

Camryn Steele is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a degree in International Business. While in school, she obtained her real estate license, recognizing early on her passion for the industry. Camryn gained global experience through a full semester study abroad program at Oxford Brookes University in the U.K., and she worked in digital marketing throughout college, building skills in branding, client engagement, and market strategy. She was also a member of the USF cheerleading team and coached gymnastics, balancing academics, athletics, and professional development with drive and discipline.
Originally from Land O’ Lakes, Florida, Camryn is a graduate of the International Baccalaureate program at Land O’ Lakes High School. Spending much of her childhood on the water, she developed a love for wakeboarding, waterskiing, and knee boarding, activities that reflect her energetic and motivated nature. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, and she frequently visits the beach, one of her favorite pastimes. Camryn is now proud to be part of Gain Property Group, where she’s excited to continue growing her career. She values the support of the team and looks forward to making meaningful contributions to both her clients and her community.

Thao Le, CPM

Thao Le brings a compelling blend of professional expertise and personal passion to the commercial real estate (CRE) arena. Armed with an MBA and MS in Finance from Boston College, complemented by an MS in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University, Thao’s journey is marked by seasoned insight and strategic finesse.

Beyond his business endeavors, Thao’s life is characterized by a deep commitment to adventure and family. He’s not just a numbers aficionado; he’s also an avid kitesurfer and scuba diver, drawing solace and inspiration from the vast expanse of the ocean.

However, amidst these personal pursuits, Thao’s dedication to his profession remains unwavering. With a distinguished military background as an Officer in the U.S. Army, alongside a wealth of experience in leadership roles and consultancy positions across a spectrum of organizations, he’s honed his analytical prowess and strategic acumen to a fine art.

Thao’s dedication extends beyond the boardroom to his cherished role as a husband and father. With his wife, newborn son, and beloved pets—a golden retriever and a labradoodle—by his side, he finds profound fulfillment in family moments.
